CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, your shipping address cannot be changed or altered after placing your oder. We will do our best to locate the package, but we are cannot guarantee redelivery. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The delivery of your products will depend on the shipping time you choose. Our shipment center is in South Florida, so please anticipate a minimum of 3 days to receive your products. We have also been experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19. 

DOES BUNNIES ARK COLLABORATE WITH INFLUENCERS?

We appreciate all of the influencers that we have collaborated with. Our primary social page for collaborations is our instagram page. Please sent us a direct message to our instagram page: @bunniesark 

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

We love working with others stores and retailers to showcase our products. We offer exclusive discounts to the those within our wholesale network. Please reach out to contact@bunniesark with the subject line "wholesale." and someone will reach out you within 72 hours to help jumpstart your order. 

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are designed and warehoused in South Florida. South Florida is also our distribution center. Most of our products are created in our selected and trusted partners in China. 

DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need to have an account with Bunnies Ark to place an order. However, we do offer perks to having an account, such as: viewing order status, tracking and other details.
